1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RedX Research. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

RedX Research Limited is registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Our Services

RedX Research offers educational research programs connecting students with faculty from universities including Oxford, Cambridge, MIT, LSE, Stanford, Columbia, Caltech and Harvard.

Our services include:

Annual programs in Dubai
Annual programs at the National University of Singapore
Academic guidance and career development resources
Access to our online platform and educational materials

3. Eligibility

Students must be at least 14 years old to participate
Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent
You must provide accurate information during registration
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Program Enrollment and Fees

4.1 Application Process

Applications are free to submit. To apply, you must:

Complete and submit the application form linked on this website
Provide accurate academic records (GPA, transcripts)
Submit a resume or CV
Provide required contact information

4.2 Pricing

Program fees are $7,250 USD per student. Fees include program materials and merchandise, tuition and supervision from the professor and the academic tutor.

4.3 Payment Terms

Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided upon acceptance
Late payments may result in late fees or program forfeiture
Payment plans may be available upon request

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds after Making a Payment for our National University of Singapore programs
NOTE: We do not expect you to make any payments until your visa (if you need one) is approved to attend our summer school at NUS.
The cancellation and refund terms assume the following:
a) You have been accepted into our program

b) You have been issued a valid visa to enter Singapore
c) You have made your initial payment of the program fees

Cancellation and Refunds for our Programs in Dubai and Singapore:

In the event of cancellation by Students for whatever reason:

60+ days before program: 100% refund of payment made
20-59 days before: 90% refund of payment made
Less than 20 days: No refund

In the event of cancellation by RedX Research for whatever reason:
You can choose to receive a full refund immediately for payment made OR choose to transfer to another RedX program at your convenience.

Dismissals: No refund will be provided if a student is dismissed for severely violating program rules or these terms.

5. Code of Conduct

Students must:

Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
Comply with all program rules and partner institution policies
Maintain academic integrity
Follow local laws, particularly in Singapore where strict laws apply
Attend all scheduled activities

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
Illegal substance possession or use
Disruptive or unsafe behavior
Violation of privacy or intellectual property rights

Students may be dismissed for severe violations, with no refund provided.

6. International Travel

Your Responsibilities

Arranging international travel, including booking tickets
Obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
Ensuring passport validity
Purchasing comprehensive travel and health insurance
Complying with Singapore's laws and customs

We can provide supporting documentation for visas but cannot guarantee approval. Students are advised to apply to a visa (if you need one) only after you are accepted into our programs. You will not be asked to make any payments to RedX Research if your visa is, for whatever reason, unapproved or invalid.

7. Health and Safety

Students must:

Disclose relevant medical conditions or allergies
Obtain required vaccinations and medical clearances
Maintain appropriate travel and health insurance
Follow safety guidelines during programs

Parents or guardians must authorize emergency medical treatment for students under 18.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All website content, materials, logos, and trademarks are owned by RedX Research. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Student Work

Students retain rull ownership of their original research. We do not publish any student's work without their written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

Student names, contact information, and academic records
Parent/guardian contact information
Information shared with the National University of Singapore and program partners

We comply with the UK GDPR and applicable international data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.

10. Trusted Partner Organizations and Institutions

When you participate in our programs:

You must comply with the policies of trusted partner organizations and institutions, including that of the National University of Singapore (for those attending our summer school at NUS)
Partners may collect your information separately but we limit information transfer as much as reasonably possible, and only divulge information when absolutely necessary

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

Specific educational results
University admissions
Research publication success

Information provided is for educational purposes only and doesn't constitute professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedX Research is not liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Actions of third parties who are not our trusted partner organizations or institutions
Travel disruptions, visa denials, or immigration issues
Personal injury or property damage (except as caused by our negligence)
Loss or theft of personal property

Our total liability shall not exceed the program fees you paid.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RedX Research from claims arising from:

Your violation of these terms
Student conduct during programs
Your provision of inaccurate information

14. Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, or partner institution closures. We may cancel, postpone, or modify programs accordingly.

15. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Before formal proceedings, we strongly encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally at hello@redxresearch.com. Any claims must be filed within one year from when the claim arose. You agree to bring claims individually, not as part of a class action.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Latest changes will be posted on this page; major changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes will not apply retroactively to active program enrollments.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

Severe violation of these terms
Non-payment of fees
Conduct that harms other students or seriously harms our reputation

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain due, and your access to services ceases immediately.

18. General

A complete agreement, comprising all terms governing the contractual relationship between you and RedX Research, will be provided to each student and their parent or guardian via their respective email addresses prior to enrollment. Enrollment officially commences upon execution of the agreement by both you and RedX Research.

Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't constitute a waiver.

Assignment: You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may assign them without restriction.
